Over the last couple of days I have seen a proliferation of blogs or twitter status mentioning the new Process Builder on the salesforce.com platform. Like many in the field, I am slightly cautious of recommending new platform features to my clients.
After several salesforce.com implementations, I find myself building common components that aid the build effort. Not starting the build phase on the right foot can cost you dearly, especially in an agile setting where focus is on delivering user stories that add business value.
