B2B CRM

The B2B team at John Lewis works primarily with businesses looking for gifts for their employees. The team receive leads via a contact form on the John Lewis website and these leads are assigned to members of the B2B team along with inbound calls. The team were using a shared inbox on Lotus Notes to manage their workload and would often find that the same customer was contacted multiple times.

Our Role

Mahat played a key role in ensuring the B2B team within John Lewis was able to get up and running with Sales Cloud in less than 6 weeks. As the Senior Salesforce Developer his responsibilities included customisations using point and click, writing Apex Triggers and data migration. The Agile delivery method of the project allowed him to showcase his communication skills to engage product owners and business analysts alike.
