Nuffield Health CRM
At the time this was one of the largest implementations in Europe and as part of the SI team we were tasked with overhauling the CRM platform of Nuffield Health. This involved replacing the existing contact center solution with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud for parts of the business which deal with B2B sales and a customer facing force.com site for customer to make physiotherapy bookings.
As part of the Salesforce Development team, Mahat was responsible for leading the development on the core Salesforce features. This included building the required Visualforce Pages and Apex Classes, working closely with the Technical Architects and Integration team Mahat ensured that a robust booking engine that could be leveraged from multiple entry points (i.e. Service Cloud and force.com Sites) was built.
