Global Channel Permissions (GCP) & Product X-Ref
The digital marketing team at Pfizer had the goal of consolidating all the marketing permissions of all the registered physicians initially in the USA, and then globally. The driving force for this project was to enable them to run marketing campaigns in the future that are targeted and respect the opt-in permissions of the customer. A similar project was also running at the same to better categorise the large product catalogue at Pfizer.
We played a key role in the success of this project by working closely with the Director of Digital Engineering and acting as the Salesforce SME for the multiple System Integrators involved in the project. Our role was mainly an advisory position and providing technical guidance to the development teams.
