The aims of the programme were to unify multiple sporadic CRM systems, some as crude as excel sheets. Along with a new Partner Community to help collaboration with other universities across the country with respect to a government funded entrepreneurship course. With multiple business units coming onto the same system, all with varying degrees of complexity.
As the Technical Architect, Mahat role was to help educate the business units specifically around the system capabilities and showing the art of the possible. This led to over 90% of the project requirements being delivered using standard configuration. Mahat also put in place a data migration strategy of that each business could make use of the system from day one.
